Here are some questions we have been receiving:
Was I given credit for March due to closure?
Yes, you received a credit on your account for the pro-rated amount. Credits are non-refundable. If you pay annually for your membership, your end date will be adjusted accordingly.
I paid for my locker rental for the year. How will that be handled?
The expiration date will be adjusted accordingly.
I am not comfortable coming back to the club yet. What are my options?
Please call membership services to discuss your options. (387-0410 and ask for membership.)
I paid for a program that was canceled due to closure. Will I get a refund?
You have received a credit on your account that can be applied to future purchases. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I saw another member not wearing a mask? What should I do?
Masks must be worn at all times per executive order 2020-175. Staff will be circulating and addressing mask usage. We all must respect each other during these difficult times. Please bring it to the attention of the staff, and we will address the situation.
How will I be notified if there was possible exposure to a positive case?
All members will be notified through email within 24 hours of a possible positive case.
Will my membership dues be reduced while not all services are available?
We will do everything we can to phase in all services as quickly as possible. Dues will not be contingent on the availability of services. It has been a difficult time for all businesses, including West Hills. We hope you will support us in our efforts to recover financially after being closed for five months.
When will I be charged for September membership dues?
You will be charged a pro-rated amount for Sept. 14-30 on Sept. 17.
