Introduction to personal training program
As a new member of West Hills Athletic Club you will be assigned your own personal trainer who will take you through an equipment orientation, a fitness consultation, and two 30 minute personal training sessions.
Free tennis evaluation
One of our tennis professionals will give you a tennis evaluation in a group setting. The pro will evaluate your skill level and direct you to the appropriate tennis program. Even if you're not a player now, it's never too late to start a new sport!
Pickleball skills level assessment
Our pickleball professional will give you a 30-minute one-on-one pickleball skills assessment. Learn more about our pickleball programs and all the FUN that awaits you! New players welcome!
Pilates on the reformer demonstration
Spend a half-hour with one of our pilates instructors in our pilates studio. Pilates on the Reformer produces long, lean muscles and dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs.
