This memorial COMBAT class is in honor of Tami Nickles the instructor that was killed due to domestic violence. It will be the only Group Fitness class on that day. We will raise money for the YWCA Domestic Abuse Center and the SPCA of SW Michigan, as Tami was a huge animal lover.
