Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too

SPRINT is true High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the bike. Using a varied combination of sprint, power, and strength training principles, you will get stronger and fitter faster by pushing as hard as you can during the work intervals. 30 minutes.
This fun and challenging class is a great cardio workout. Whether you choose one, two or no risers this class will have your heart rate pumping.
This class allows you to increase your cardio endurance with basic power steps, while incorporating a variety of resistance exercises.
Based on HIIT (high intensity interval training). This class is a comprehensive total body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength.
TONE is a complete strength, cardio and core workout. A challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and band exercises to tone and strengthen muscles. Options for all fitness levels.
