There will be six teams with a minimum of five and a maximum of eight team members. Teams will fill up quickly.
- 2 one hour training sessions per week with your team
- 8 Saturday group fitness session (7-8 a.m.) with Greatest Loser participants.
- Pre and post fitness testing
- Body composition analysis before and after
- Nutritional support provided by your trainers
- West Hills T-shirt
In addtion, Greatest Loser participant can purchase a MyZone heart rate chest strap at cost if interested.
- Winning team will receive a free eight week SMG training session, training two times per week for 45 min, (March 21-May 15).
- The individual winner will receive 24 weeks of free SMG training (March 21-Sept. 2).
