Small Group Personal Training Special
Get the benefits of personal training in a group setting and experience camaraderie and accountability. In addition, participants said they loved the results, the variety of workouts, and the trainers with this training option.
- Select two 45-minute sessions per week that fit into your schedule.

New Clients: 1-on-1 Personal Training Special*
If you want a customized workout plan, then the 1-on-1 personal training is for you. You will be paired with one of our certified personal trainers and a personalized program will be created with your fitness goals in mind.
- Two 30-minute sessions per week.
- One-on-one training only.
- Cannot be shared.
All training sessions for each special must be used by Dec. 23. Current packages will not be refunded. Other restrictions may apply. Non-refundable.
