If you want a customized workout plan, then the 1-on-1 personal training is for you. You will be paired with one of our certified personal trainers and a personalized program will be created with your fitness goals in mind.

  • Two 30-minute sessions per week.
  • One-on-one training only.
  • Cannot be shared.
