I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with the Seelye family for 22 years. In that time, Mike and I have trained together consistently three times per week, which has led to his self-appointment of director of accountability. As a forward thinking business leader, he was one of the original businesses to invest in a corporate membership at West Hills. In recent years, Mike has conveyed leadership to his son Mickey, who now runs Seelye Ford and carries an even greater passion for worksite wellness. At Seelye Ford, our dealership offers many on-site services and conveniences few can match. We offer leasing and retail options to our new Ford customers as well as an established commercial/fleet department. Our dealership has also recently committed to giving our customers another option while finding the right vehicle as one of the fasted growing certified pre-owned Ford dealers in Michigan! In 2016 we increased our Ford certified pre-owned sales over the year prior by 79% and are currently on pace for large sales increases again in 2017 with more inventory to choose from.
Seelye Ford also offers our customers a full-service department with parts, body shop, rental department and car wash on site! Our 2 newly remodeled customer service lounges for sales and service provide our customers with free wi-fi, snack options, refrigerators with freshly stocked bottle water and juice, numerous coffee choices, big screen televisions to watch and much more! It is also currently our pleasure to have Spanish speaking employees in both our sales and service departments as well as offering sign language assistance to any of our guests who request this help.
In 2017, Seelye Ford was recognized as 1 of 15 Ford dealerships in the country to get a 5-star rating as an Edmund's 5 Star Dealer award winner. Seelye Ford was also recognized as the only back to back winner of this award in West Michigan and 1 of 3 Ford Dealers in Michigan to do so, placing us in very exclusive company. Finally, in 2017, Seelye Ford was rated and recognized by Cars.com as a 5-Star Dealer as well as a "2017 Top Rated Dealer" Award Winner for Highest Shopper Ratings by CarGurus.
