West Hills is happy to introduce KEI for this month's Corporate Member Spotlight. It was about a year ago that Fletcher Leet, Vice President, decided to invest in the health and wellness of his employees by installing a corporate membership for KEI. He is part of a new generation of forward thinking business leaders that places a high value on the health of their team members, and West Hills was the right partner. We appreciate the commitment to employee wellness and to West Hills. Look for Fletcher and Trevor tearing up the pickle ball courts!
KEI Electrical Construction and Maintenance was founded in 1984 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The company was originally founded as Kalamazoo Electric, Inc, but, due to an expanded geographical footprint, changed to its current name, KEI, in 2014. KEI performs electrical projects of all shapes and sizes, but primarily relies on the commercial and industrial markets for the bulk of its work. With over 30 years in business in the Kalamazoo area, it is likely that you have driven by or been in at least one facility that was wired by KEI Electrical Construction and Maintenance.
KEI, along with their commercial sign division, RWL Sign Company, employ an average workforce of around 45 individuals with peak employment around 70. All of KEI's success is due to its skilled and dedicated workforce and they are the people who make the company a great place to work, learn and grow. KEI continues to strive for excellence, safety and quality on every project and hopes for a bright future ahead.
