Biometrics—two thumbs up
When asked about their experience with West Hills' Biometrics Nutrition and Fitness Program, Tom said if they were Siskel and Ebert's, they would give two thumbs up. "I am a 53-year-old guy that said 'Nah, I don't need any organized training'... I am definitely a changed individual as far as that is concerned."
Stacy and Tom started with assessments which included body measurements and composition analysis to get a starting baseline. Each week of the program, they met with Personal Trainer Tyler Norman three times for 30-minute one-on-one personal training sessions. Tyler incorporated strength training protocols that preserve muscle and stimulate metabolic/caloric expenditures—maximizing the body's fat-burning capacity. This training coupled with the customized meal plan, designed by a dietitian and tailored to Tom and Stacy's taste. Lastly, the program includes weekly shopping lists for both meals and snacks. This program focuses on portion sizes and frequency of eating.
In the end, both Tom and Stacy lost 20+ inches in just six weeks on the Biometrics Nutrition and Fitness Program.
