These classes are taught by a West Hills certified personal trainer. The classes are targeted at specific areas of interest and give you an effective, efficient workout, with the accountability of a personal trainer to keep you motivated.
The number of participants in each session is limited to give you the extra personal attention you deserve. Click on the class session below that you are interested in for schedules, rates, and to register online. Non-members are welcome to enroll in any of our specialty fitness classes.

You can enroll in a specialty fitness class at any time. If the session has already started, you will be pro-rated accordingly. Please contact Angie Penney, specialty fitness director, at (269) 387-0413, if you wish to join a class mid-session.
