Personal training in a group setting
These classes are taught by a West Hills Athletic Club certified personal trainer. The classes are targeted at specific areas of interest and give you an effective, efficient workout, with the accountability of a personal trainer to keep you motivated.
The number of participants in each session is limited to give you the extra personal attention you deserve. Click on the class session below that you are interested in for schedules, rates, and to register online. Non-members are welcome to enroll in any of our small group training classes.
Tween/Teen Drop-in classes
Yoga: Mondays 5–6 p.m.
Spinning: Wednesdays 6:45–7:30 p.m., Saturdays 10–10:45 a.m.
First time spinners please arrive at least 15 minutes early for proper bike set-up.
Members: $5 Guests: $5
