The Biggest Loser contest gave me just the motivation I needed to lose the weight. I'm pretty competitive, and I really wanted to win it from the beginning. But I couldn't have done it without the training and encouragement from our team's trainers, Carol and Brandon, and the motivation we all gave each other on our team. It wasn't just the workouts, but also the advice on eating well and tracking my food and fitness activities - and being accountable to the rest of my team. It was also great to be able to work with the other trainers, and drop into their classes from time to time. Overall, this was just the program I needed to get the weight off. Thank you West Hills!
