PILATES REFORMER CLASSES
With an emphasis on breathing, core conditioning and body awareness, Pilates Reformer exercise is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Performed on specialized equipment, Pilates Reformer is a fitness regime for a lifetime. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sports, rehab and life, Pilates Reformer exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease.
Classes are limited to only six people, so you'll get the personalized attention you deserve! Would you like a class at a time not currently offered? Recruit some friends and let us know—we can always add classes! This class is open to both members and non-members.

Stop into West Hills Athletic Club, and contact Elisa Dely for a free demonstration to see if Pilates Reformer is right for you. Next, sign up for an Introductory Class. After completion of an Introductory Class, you may then move on to our Reformer I class.
