This is a complimentary service offered to new members.

Introduction to personal training program

As a new member of West Hills Ahtletic Club you will be assigned your own personal trainer who will take you through an equipment orientation, a fitness consultation, and two 30 minute personal training sessions.

Free tennis evaluation

One of our tennis professionals will give you a tennis evaluation in a group setting. The pro will evaluate your skill level and direct you to the appropriate tennis program. Even if you're not a player now, it's never too late to start a new sport!

Pilates on the reformer demonstration

Spend a half-hour with one of our pilates instructors in our pilates studio. Pilates on the Reformer produces long, lean muscles and dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs.

Small group training class pass

Try out one of our small group training classes for free.

Free weight loss consultation

Meet with our weight loss coordinator, Tyler Norman, and find out about our popular and successful Biometrics program. West Hills Athletic Club has programs for every lifestyle and budget.
