Comprehensive, flexible and competitive programming for juniors ages 3 to 18. Programming is broken down into four levels: Junior Intro, Junior Development, Junior Competitive and Junior Elite. Junior Introduction to Tennis
The Junior Intro program will introduce players to basics including ground strokes, volleys, serves, scoring, court positioning and etiquette. Age appropriate 10 and Under Tennis equipment will be used. Guests receive member pricing for these classes.
Junior Development Program
The development program is designed to bring players to an understanding of the sport, placing emphasis on proper grips, stroke production and footwork patterns through repetition and point play. Age appropriate 10 and Under Tennis equipment will be used. Prior tennis experience is necessary.
Junior Competitive Program
The competitive program caters to players embarking on a more serious level of tennis. Emphasis is placed on stroke production, strategy, footwork and match play through drills and games. Prior tennis experience necessary.
Elite is our most accelerated program, where all aspects of the competitive junior player are developed. Emphasis is on five aspects; mental, physical, technical, tactical, and strategic skill building. With the coach's input, players will also design tournament schedules. There are match play opportunities for each level as well. This program has two separate levels: Junior and High School. There are match play opportunities for each level as well. Player placement is determined by the program director. To assure each junior is placed in the correct level of the Elite program, on-line registration is unavailable.
