Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. To ensure a pleasant and fair experience for all, the following policies will now be strictly enforced:
- Please check in with the instructor to ensure you have a reservation, and for class attendance
- Members that ARE NOT on their bikes five minutes prior to the start of class will forfeit their reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS. Towels and personal belongings will be removed. At this time, empty bikes will be given to the next member on the walk-in list.
- Out of courtesy to other members, do not save bikes for anyone other than yourself.
