What is Pilates?
Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system for all fitness levels, ages 1480+. Using a floor mat and specialized equipment, pilates can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels
and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk—creating a sleek,
toned body. Pilates improves flexibility, agility, and economy of motion-preventing injuries and alleviating chronic ailments. No matter your age or
condition, Pilates will work for you!
Sessions
Spring 1: Feb. 27–April 29 (no classes April 2–April 8)
Spring 2: April 30–June 24 (no classes May 26–May 28)
How to Get Started
- Call Elisa Dely at (269) 387-0414 for proper placement in a class.
- Classes are limited to six people so you’ll get the personalized attention you deserve.
- A minimum number of participants must be registered for the class to run.
- If your class does not meet the minimum, you’ll be called with alternate days and times.
- Payment for all classes is due at the time of registration.
- Classes that do not run due to holidays are automatically prorated.
