GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES
These classes are taught by a West Hills certified personal trainer. The classes are targeted at specific areas of interest and give you an effective, efficient workout, with the accountability of a personal trainer to keep you motivated.

The number of participants in each session is limited to give you the extra personal attention you deserve. Click on the class you are interested in for the schedule and rates, and to register online. Non-members are welcome to enroll in any group personal training class.

  You can enroll in a Group Personal Training class at any time. If the session has already started, you will be pro-rated accordingly. Please contact Tyler Norman, West Hills Fitness Director, if you wish to join a class mid-session.
   

 “The hardest part about working out for me is sticking to it. The Better Butt, Abs, and Arms class has been awesome because I actually look forward to working out. The trainer’s workouts are effective, efficient, and most of all FUN! We laugh and have a good time. I get my workout in 3 times a week and can do it on my lunch hour. I noticed results in the first few weeks and feel great!
