ABOUT OUR TRAINERS
The West Hills Athletic Club training group is one of the most qualified in the state. Most of our trainers have Bachelor or Master's Degrees in exercise science and are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine or the American Council on Exercise. Trainer specializations cover every possible program goal.
Continuing education and practical application are a priority! We participate in several professional conferences and are always striving to earn additional certifications and competencies.
In addition, all of our trainers are friendly, enthusiastic motivators. They'll add fun, structure and commitment to your program at a level appropriate for you.
