5 Steps to Wellness

West Hills’ wellness program is a safe, fun and effective way to evaluate your physical fitness and overall wellness level. We offer a science based program implemented by degreed individuals with years of health and fitness experience. Thousands of people have already benefited from this comprehensive program. This is a $250 value.

These are your five steps to success:

Your First Week

  • Meet Your Trainer
    Complete your wellness and fitness assessments. Receive two free personal training sessions and a customized workout to achieve your fitness goals.
  • Your Fitness Profile
    A written record of your blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat percentage, back flexibility, biceps strength, aerobic fitness, and total fitness score.
  • Your Wellness Profile
    Answer 46 questions about your exercise, nutrition, and safety behaviors to find out where you need to improve.

After Your First Month

Consult with your trainer to review your progress, attendance and any challenges. Talk about your overall club experience.

After Three Months

Meet with your trainer to review your progress, attendance, challenges and your wellness profile. Complete a second fitness assessment and re-program your customized workout if needed.

After Six Months

Consult with your trainer to review your progress, attendance and any challenges.

After One Year

Congratulations! Meet with your trainer to review your progress, attendance, challenges and your wellness profile. Complete a third fitness assessment and re-program your customized workout if needed.
